Farm land in Peloponnes

1,200 euro per hector

1 hector= 10,000sq meters (100X100)

spring water

cold winter (root crops)

red soil.

farmed before, some stones on land for building

building permits required if you build foundation...
so no foundation no permit needed

land can support goats, oranges, kiwis..

lots of greenhouses in area. normally wood frame and plastic

we have until aprilish to buy, but I'm sure we could work something out later if we need more time.

I want soil samples and pictures before anything goes down.

we'll have an unregistered contract, which mean no visa checking but the land is ours.

Dream for it:

ECOVILLAGE

all sustainable, and the most rad possible.
I'd love to grow kiwis, coffee, oranges, and nuts...

a couple friends are opening coffee shops in us and poland to sell to.

We have john as a caretaker all the time, john is a baddass.

I'm thinking sit on the land for 2-4 years before I'm ready to settle down and start farming. Land prices are going up so I want to buy now before our us currency is shit.

More info I'll load as it comes, traveling now.
